Author's Notes:
- The Don has nothing on his schedule for Monday because the adoption of the 28 hour day has eliminated it from the calendar.
- The use of the title "Lead Soprano" to refer to the crime boss character is my play on how the term "Godfather" went from one work of fiction into the popular consciousness and then into crime reporting before (reputedly) gaining some currency in actual organized crime circles.
- Mr. Krautmick's name is not in fact French-Canadian; it's a minor homage to a scene in The Godfather.
