Missing a "go" after "seemed to". Also "the it" was probably meant to be either "the sound" or just "it".
Heh. I wonder if Lilliana even remembered that Fortunato was most likely listening and would have overheard the plan Regan was spelling out, even if she herself didn't? For that matter I wonder if Regan considered that? Then again, I'm not sure that either one even cared.
