Here's hoping Dwight's just taking advantage of a loophole in the rules restricting his actions to have Parakeet pass along a message for him to someone in the living world, otherwise she's in big trouble.
I would hope so, but the only other Death that we've seen, Val, didn't seem to have any restrictions in talking with the guys at the bar she lives above.
